Order Cancellation

إلغاء الطلب

All orders submitted through DEKAN-UNLOCK are processed automatically or forwarded to our service providers after submission.

Once an order status changes to processing or the service execution has started, cancellation may no longer be available.

يتم معالجة جميع الطلبات المقدمة عبر DEKAN-UNLOCK بشكل تلقائي أو إرسالها إلى مزودي الخدمة بعد تقديم الطلب.

بعد انتقال حالة الطلب إلى مرحلة المعالجة أو بدء تنفيذ الخدمة، قد لا يكون الإلغاء متاحاً.

Eligible Cancellation Cases

الحالات التي يمكن فيها الإلغاء

Cancellation requests may be accepted only in the following situations:

• The order has not started processing yet.
• The service is temporarily unavailable.
• The order cannot be completed due to a system or provider issue.

يمكن قبول طلبات الإلغاء فقط في الحالات التالية:

• لم تبدأ معالجة الطلب بعد.
• الخدمة غير متوفرة مؤقتاً.
• تعذر إكمال الطلب بسبب مشكلة في النظام أو مزود الخدمة.

Non-Cancellable Orders

الطلبات غير القابلة للإلغاء

Orders cannot be cancelled in cases including:

• Successfully completed services.
• Orders already submitted to servers or suppliers.
• Wrong information entered by the customer.
• Customer selected the wrong service.
• The order is still within the estimated processing time.

لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات في الحالات التالية:

• الخدمات التي تم تنفيذها بنجاح.
• الطلبات التي تم إرسالها بالفعل إلى السيرفرات أو المزودين.
• إدخال معلومات خاطئة من قبل العميل.
• اختيار خدمة غير صحيحة من قبل العميل.
• الطلب ما زال ضمن الوقت المتوقع للتنفيذ.

Processing Time & Delays

وقت التنفيذ والتأخير

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Some services may take longer depending on server status, supplier availability, or technical conditions.

Delays within the estimated processing period are not considered a reason for cancellation.

أوقات التنفيذ الموضحة هي أوقات تقديرية فقط. قد تستغرق بعض الخدمات وقتاً أطول حسب حالة السيرفر، توفر المزود، أو الظروف التقنية.

التأخير ضمن مدة التنفيذ المتوقعة لا يعتبر سبباً لإلغاء الطلب.

Approved Cancellations

الطلبات التي تتم الموافقة على إلغائها

If a cancellation request is approved, the amount will be returned as account balance and can be used for future DEKAN-UNLOCK services.

في حال تمت الموافقة على طلب الإلغاء، سيتم إعادة المبلغ كرصيد داخل الحساب ويمكن استخدامه في خدمات DEKAN-UNLOCK المستقبلية.

Customer Responsibility

مسؤولية العميل

Customers must verify all order details including IMEI, Serial Number, device information, and selected service before submitting.

The DEKAN-UNLOCK support team is available to assist customers before placing orders.

يجب على العملاء التأكد من جميع تفاصيل الطلب مثل IMEI، الرقم التسلسلي، معلومات الجهاز، والخدمة المختارة قبل الإرسال.
