Digital Services Policy

سياسة الخدمات الرقمية

All services provided by DEKAN-UNLOCK are digital services. Once an order has been submitted and processing has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

جميع الخدمات المقدمة من DEKAN-UNLOCK هي خدمات رقمية. بمجرد إرسال الطلب وبدء عملية المعالجة، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو استرداد المبلغ.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

• The service was not completed due to an issue from our side.
• The order was rejected by the supplier/server.
• The requested service becomes unavailable after payment.

يمكن إصدار استرداد الرصيد فقط في الحالات التالية:

Non-Refundable Cases

الحالات غير القابلة للاسترداد

Refunds will not be provided in cases including:

• Incorrect IMEI, Serial Number, or submitted information.
• Selecting the wrong service.
• Successfully completed orders.
• Customer changes their decision after processing starts.
• Delays that are within the estimated service time.

لن يتم توفير الاسترداد في الحالات التالية:

• إدخال IMEI أو الرقم التسلسلي أو معلومات غير صحيحة.
• اختيار خدمة غير مناسبة من قبل العميل.
• الطلبات التي تم تنفيذها بنجاح.

Balance Refund

استرجاع الرصيد

Approved refunds will be returned as account balance and can be used for future orders on DEKAN-UNLOCK.

يتم إرجاع المبالغ الموافق عليها كرصيد داخل الحساب ويمكن استخدامها للطلبات المستقبلية على منصة DEKAN-UNLOCK.

Processing Time

Service completion times are estimates only and may vary depending on server availability, supplier processing time, and service conditions.
