1. Account Balance

رصيد الحساب

After adding funds to your account, withdrawals or cash refunds are not available. The balance can only be used for available services.

بعد إضافة الأموال إلى الحساب، لا يمكن سحب الرصيد أو استرجاعه نقداً. يمكن استخدام الرصيد فقط للخدمات المتوفرة داخل المنصة.

2. Order Cancellation

إلغاء الطلبات

Once an order enters processing status or is submitted to the server/provider, it cannot be cancelled.

بعد دخول الطلب مرحلة المعالجة أو إرساله إلى السيرفر/المزود، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب.

3. Weekend Processing

معالجة الطلبات في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع

Most services may not be processed during Saturday and Sunday due to supplier/server availability.

معظم الخدمات قد لا تتم معالجتها خلال يومي السبت والأحد حسب توفر السيرفرات والمزودين.

4. Service Success Rate

نسبة نجاح الخدمات

The success rate of services such as iCloud and other solutions is displayed in the service description with price and details.

نسبة نجاح خدمات iCloud والخدمات الأخرى تكون موضحة داخل تفاصيل الخدمة مع السعر والمعلومات.

5. Official Orders Only

الطلبات عبر الحساب الرسمي فقط

All service requests must be submitted through the official DEKAN-UNLOCK account system. Requests through WhatsApp or social media are not accepted.

يجب إرسال جميع الطلبات من خلال نظام حساب DEKAN-UNLOCK الرسمي فقط. لا يتم قبول تنفيذ الطلبات عبر الواتساب أو صفحات التواصل.

6. Payment Confirmation

Before sending any payment, please contact the administration or follow the official payment instructions.

8. Offers & Promotions

Offers are valid only during the announced period. Expired offers cannot be activated again.

All service completion times are estimated. Some orders may experience delays depending on server or provider conditions.
